A Puppet show for desperate times
Inspired the fall of the Portuguese dictatorship, this empowering tale follows the story of two young people as they try to navigate an oppresive world and how, by caring for each other, they find freedom for themselves.
Scored throughout with music and poetry of revolutionary movements, this show was informed by first hand accounts of everyday people living through the portuguese dictatorship, how they navigated their world and found hope and community with each other.
Created by Made by Raccoons and accompanied by the live music of Frankie Insley, this show aim to provide answers for those who feel politically trapped and creatively hopeless. An ode to the importance of small actions and big consequences.

Tales from our REvolution is two performer portable show which run up to 3 times a day. Lasting 50 minutes it has its own lights and amplification making it fit any space.
